"The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it. However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...

I booked a room elsewhere instead and did not complete my stay. The 10 x emails, 4 x text messages and 1 x phone call all regarding the booking is excessive and...

"Host was helpful which was okay but was not provide the number of beds advertised on that room but the host managed to sort an extra mattress. Accommodation smell of cigarettes. Toilet seat broken. "

"Property is within a private road, with very limited access to visitors. There are a couple of visitors' parking spaces, but those were occupied when I arrived, so I had to park in the nearby public car park. This was free after 6pm, but I had to leave before 9am the next morning to avoid being charged for parking. Other than that, my stay was fine - room was clean and comfortable, and shared bathroom was not an issue, as I think I was the only guest that night."

"A very friendly owner. The place was clean. The shower, towels and bedding were dated. I stayed overnight and for the price it reflected the condition. Good parking facilities. There was no TV which it could do with. "
