"Mona at the front desk was extremely helpful in finding us a room for early check in so we could get to our room and get "geared up" for an Eagles game. Plus, the hotel is literally atop the subway station and in an area with many great restaurants. Convenient on site parking garage too."

"The adjoining room was very noisy at times, and at one point the alarm went off, and the people contined to hit the snooze for over and hour. It got to the point where we had to call the front desk, and they took care of it. We could hear everything the neighbors said, but overall we had an enjoyable stay. The staff was very attentive."

My girlfriend organized everything and requested an upgrade and Kuma preselected a great room for my 30th birthday and Yvonne did great checking in throughout the stay to make sure we were comfortable/ needed anything. Restaurant Aoi on property was exceptional. Amazing food and service. Hotel had a full gym and so many amenities for guests. I was very impressed. "
