「The location is a bit far from the center town. The room is big and clean. Yet, the facilities inside the room are not satisfactory. There is a kitchen area next to the living room, the range hood is useless and cause poor ventilation. The staff at the check in counter has explained the house rules but didn't mention about the water heater is a storage type. I had a shower with cold water on my first night which was a terrible experience for me.」

「Notre sejour en famille a été agréable nous avons été surclassé Hotel est bien situé nous avons visité vaison la romaine à 15min le petit déjeuner parfait le fait qu'on puisse le prendre à emporter est tres arrangeant mais sur place c'est tres bien aussi le personnel à la réception très agréable tres gentil. Nous reviendrons 😉」

「飯店很簡陋而且不清潔，我們一家四人住宿毛巾只給2條，去櫃檯要態度不好說放在櫃子裡！我們上樓翻遍了也沒有。飯店走廊還因為省電沒人走動會整條黑掉，所以一開門黑淒淒孩子去隔壁找外公外婆都覺得很可怕。我不會推薦人來住這間飯店。」

「We checked in at very late hours and discovered that there no light at the kitchen and the bathroom. We called to property manager and he immediately relocated us to the different apartment. The new apartment was on third floor with access to the terrace 」

「Staying at the COWOOL was an interesting and very enjoyable experience. The facilities were very good. A bit far out from the centre of Avignon but the buses were very cheap and frequent. Super host, very friendly and informative. 」

「Our room was simple but clean and comfortable. The shower was small and a bit dark but clean. Staff was very pleasant and the pool was lovely and clean. There is a bus to the city center if you prefer not to drive and park. Overall nothing elegant but good value for the price.」

「Expérience à renouveler sans hésiter,nous nous sommes régalés avec nos enfants, nous y resterons même plus longtemps la prochaine fois. Effectivement les murs sont un peu abîmés ou tachés mais le logement est tout de même propre. Nous avions pris l option draps et serviettes et ne le regrettons pas. Il n y a pas de restauration donc nous nous sommes débrouillés avec les alentours,c était encore plus les vacances. 糟糕的住宿

"非常沒有人性的階梯，使用大件行李非常不方便。沒有任何的協助，雖然地點不錯，但是進入大廳前許多階梯！停車場高度太低，van無法進入，必須停在1.6km遠的停車場，非常非常不方便！早餐非常簡單，乏善可陳。這是住過最差的4星級飯店"
