"I had to pay 70 € extra to saty in the room that i have booked and payed fully online and the reason is that i have bring my other kids and the receptionist said that they should book another room. The room that i have booked online should has 1 extra large queen size bed and 2 single beds and i can add a cott for my baby. So what now the room should fit me and my wife and 3 kids what is the problem. And why i have to pay for the same room more money if they say that we will be charged for more...

" have stayed here for over ten years on and off. The rooms are comfortable and bathrooms very good. Good tv and lots of channels. Beds great. Lots of safe parking. The bar is spacious and serves great roasts. Staff can’t do enough for you. The rooms are looking a bit tired but there is plenty of drawers and wardrobe space. Could do with saucers with the cups to make tea. Overall we wouldn’t go anywhere else in Tralee."
