"Staff got an average rating due to 2 conflicting ratings. The front desk check in and receptionist was excellent. In contrast the restaurant staff was quite poor. There was no one in the restaurant and when we sat down and started to order food, we were told we were not in the restaurant seating and had to move 15 feet over to a different table in a large empty room to qualify to order dinner. "We arrived early and they kept our bags safe until the room was ready. This isn’t anything new. But they took our bags to the room before we got back. That was nice. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. "

"Hotel is both funky and historical with a Michelin star restaurant (impossible to get a booking though) - issue was the antiquated shower system, frankly it needs an upgrade (you still have that "radio" option in the bathroom!). Attentive staff, we should have asked them to fix the shower but only stayed one night so didn't bother. "

"My second stay in this lovely hotel. Love the Belle Epoque feel, but still offering modern comfort (air conditioning). Very attentive and friendly staff, who obviously take great pride working there. The location on the Capitole square is excellent. Three minute walk to the metro which is two stations from the Toulouse train station. Made my day trip to the Toulouse Lautrec museum in Albi a breeze. Same for arriving and departing by train. "

"A very convenient hotel. The room had old world charm and the front desk staff were very warm and helpful. The hallways could benefit from a refresh and there was some noise at night, but neither of these detracted from the convenient location 5 minutes walk from the train station and 20 minutes to the Capital building. Its also very close to some fabulous cafes, an excellent boulangerie and cheese store. I would absolutely return and had a wonderful experience in Toulouse overall!"

"Quiet room. Really quiet despite being on the 2nd floor in the middle of a corridor. Windows facing the inside courtyard. Really dirty looking carpets throughout. Light beige color, therefore completely stained everywhere. Should have been replaced long ago. AC not really controllable as always in most hotels. Breakfast below average: -food quality just average. And mostly cold. -coffee machines never serviced and mostly in need of maintenance. -too crowded around 8:30am. Lines to...

"This Hotel is very convenient to walk around the center of Toulouse. This is a very clean and nice environment.
