「I loved that you could hook up for phone to the speakers in the room and the quality of music from it. I also liked that I could text the front desk for any needs as well and the front desk responded fast. Everyone was so polite and I would love to stay here again on my next visit. 」

「I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!」

「Got the wrong room and they relocated us only the next day at 4pm. It took us more than 4 calls and they tried to let us stay in the smaller room that we did not book. Not pro-active. Didn‘t offer to pay back the difference, only a ‚late‘ checkout at 2pm even when we asked for payback. Room was clean and the bed good. 」

「Great little apartment right on the subway stop. Super clean and comfy. Would definitely stay here again」

「What a gem! I was nervous about the virtual front desk but it worked out wonderfully. They allowed me to check in early which was a blessing on a cold January day! The room was compact but well put together. Great to have a fridge, tea, microwave and sound machine. I was able to make the room nice and warm during the day and cool at night to sleep. Also - the sheets smelled wonderful. My only suggestion is to allow the shower water to get hotter. Five stars!!」
