"Was greeted by a woman having a bad day, she couldn’t find my registration and said she had to enter it and only had an upstairs room available. I had requested 2 beds and she stated she only had a king room. We agreed and went to the room to find the grounds run down, unkept and not inviting. I asked for help with something and what I got was clear---I was the one misinformed and as it turned out not! The person was impatient and condescending and the only bad experience here."
