"This place is in very quiet area and surrounded by lovely garden and about 10 minutes walk to the nearest Fermain beach. "I stayed at La Fregate over the new year period and was looked after impeccably. The room was beautifully clean and the outlook over Saint Peter Port was stunning. The room service was prompt and all staff members were consistently helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious and had me looking forward to breakfast each morning! Our room was well looked-after by housekeeping with bed-making and turn-down provided. The pool was lovely and the gym well-equipped. Mattress worn out and requires renewal. 2. Bathroom door Jamming at top requiring a real effort to get it closed. 3. Whilst the shower is excellent, the on / off control is so tight it cannot be operated with wet / soapy hands. It needs attention. Having said all this, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel."
