Very accesible to everything. Convenience is whay your paying for on this hotel. I did not go for their expensive valet parking. There is a safe public parking across the street of Queen street West, close by the skating rink, overnight only cost us 20$ from Saturday 1pm-Sunday 4pm. Steal!

Exceeded our expectations. We were there for the Taylor Swift concert so it was a an exceptionally business time. I booked a suite. It was spacious and perfect for us. One king size bed, pull out sofa bed (not so comfortable but it worked out). View from 12th floor was outstanding. Staff was so accommodating, kind and gracious. Hotel was clean. Bell service & valet parking was very efficient. A plus that the hotel was decked. Out for the Eras Tour. Just a wonderful experience. We loved Toronto and will be back!

First time in Toronto. Came for one night for the eras tour. The hotel is the perfect distance from the concert venue. Every single staff member we encountered was extremely friendly! I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. Everything was easy. Clean. The room was cozy. I have zero complaints!! Would absolutely stay here again!!
