The place was appropriate in terms of the physical space, but the area was extremely noisy. I could drown out the sound of the cars but the neighbours we had were extremely noisy. The walls are paper thin so you could hear everything. I spent the entire night listening to rage and nonsense that was taking place next door. I couldn’t fathom staying another night so left after spending one night despite having paid for 2 night stay.

The property is in an excellent location, that's what going on for it and that's why this is my second stay here. This time however there was a MAJOR problem: there is only one key provided for a two bedroom apartment, which means two people can't have different plans, especially when you are in the city for business. It is not only about the key, there is also a FOB that is needed to even enter the building. The people in the front desk are "security" only, and will not give a damn about your issues. Cleanliness was decent, not spectacular. Condition was OK, with some scuffs and the use of cheaper materials for the finishes is starting to show, again, not spectacular. Communication was reasonable, but all requests were ignored. I contacted the property in advanced, asked for an extra key and FOB: Ignored! I asked for earlier check in because I had meetings in the afternoon and was not looking forward to drag my luggage: Ignored! I don't think I will be staying here again.

Things were falling apart inside, the sliding door to the balcony, and the sliding door to the laundry machines both either were broken or faulty in some way. Bathroom door was hard to close, only one set of keys and need the FOB to get up the elevator so managing and trading keys is a must. Balcony furniture had no cushions, view was really nice, main thing for this place is the view and location. If you aren't planning on spending time inside this place works, or if you have 4 people. It says sleeps 6 and it is possible it's just tough to fit all 6 people in there comfortably
