「We have been staying at the Comfort Inn for years on Christmas Day. I realize that we are in a pandemic but I still felt that service at the front desk was not as good as usual. They don't go the little bit extra like they used to. Breakfast was a box of cereal or a danish with an orange. What a disappointment! My husband did not feel well so I went downstairs to get his. I asked for a bag to carry it back in. I was told that they did not have any which was fine. But there was no, " I am sorry"...

「BEWARE! BAIT AND SWITCH HOTEL! Terrible Customer Service! I booked this motel through Expedia for 4 nights on the 4th of July weekend several weeks before the stay. I called the day of check in to let them know I would be checking in late. At that point, they told me I no longer had a reservation because they were not going to honor Expedia's reservation. They claimed that Expedia didn't post the correct price, so unless I paid almost triple what I booked it for, I didn't have a reservation. I...
