" A lovely oasis in Hue! I highly recommend. Lovely pools -- one for kiddies and one for adults seeking quiet. The hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere and the grounds are lush and beautiful! The staff are very attentive. The breakfast buffet (included) was the best I had while in and that's saying a lot. To get to the center of town it only took about 12 minutes in a Grab taxi. I appreciated not being in the town center of Hue, which was hectic while fun. Cyrstie, the best conciege ever. "

"Every staff member showed genuine care and concern for their guests. Incredible hospitality all around. Each time we returned from being out and about, it felt like we were coming home. There is construction happening in front of the property and it is truly a shame, but the staff and amenities more than made up for this. Food was also excellent. "I had a room on the 20th floor with a great view over the old city and Perfume River. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good with egg station and great selection of food. Nice coffee shop in foyer selling coffee and cakes. I ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and the food was good only downside was there is a smoking area on a mezzanine level and the smell was strong. Location is good, next to hotel is shopping malk with some restaurants. "

"Absolutely perfect. The property was stunning. All finished are high end and wonderfully designed. Large rooms, comfortable bed, fantastic shower. Great communal areas. Incredible rooftop. The service ladies during the day were so lovely and helpful, we communicated via google translate. Also security guard was at the property all night. The area is about a three to five minute drive from central, more residential but at least away from the buzzing scooter noise. Lots of nice walking paths...

"This was a very nice room, however, the windows looked out on a brick wall. I wasn’t expecting that.. The breakfast was good, the staff were wonderful. It’s an extremely busy noisy tourist center of Hue but because we had the brick wall outside our window, we didn’t hear any of it at night! I would recommend this hotel, but another room in it. I looked in some others that were being cleaned the next morning and they were large and wonderful."
