"The location of the hotel is about 30 mins drive away Unkai Gondola if you intend to visit the sky terrace. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. The only downside is no restaurant at the hotel. "Very cozy and beautiful boutique hotel with great attentive staffs. Onsen is quite the standard. Room and general areas were very clean. A little far to walk to and from the parking area but it is only because we stayed during the snowy season. Otherwise, all perfect and will go back if i plan anything at furano again."

"We had a great stay at Fenix West. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious w a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful Mountain View. We especially appreciate the shuttle services to and from town, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and easy to plan. There is no Onsen in the hotel but there is one conveniently in the hotel across the street, which kind of solve the issue. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel "
