Exceeded our expectations, which is important to note, as there is no lift, plenty of stairs to haul your luggage up, no luggage storage or forwarding options and an automated check-in process that relies on receiving a code to check-in a day or two before. Knowing and expecting all this beforehand, you can plan accordingly and it’s no problem at all. The room was clean, functional and very comfortable. Rubbish removed daily and fresh towels provided. It’s a great area that is quiet but very convenient and right near a station and 7 Eleven. Excellent location actually once you get to know the area a bit.

The hotel staff were nothing but friendly and helpful. My daughter was unexpectedly sick and we had to extend our stay and deal with other logistics (eg. Cancelling flights etc.). The staff helped me call relevant agencies and everything was settled. There was also a hospital close by. The hotel is walking distance to the main Ginza shopping area but far away enough from the noise and crowds. The rooms are also very soundproof. Better pillows can be provided. Other than that, all the amenities were great. I would highly recommend this aparthotel!
