the hotel is located at a very convenient place which is just next to Tokyo station and the drop off point for one of the airport bus is just there, so it is super convenient to commute to hotel from NRT.

We stayed here for only one night before flying out of Narita. We absolutely loved this hotel - the staff were amazing, they stored our bags before check in and delivered them to our room, and also stored them in the morning before we flew out. The room was the biggest we had in Tokyo, and it was incredibly clean.
