I was unable to stay the night in this hotel the stench of mold and the visible mold on all the carpet was disgusting This hotel should be removed from you listings this hotel is a health hazard I respectively request a refund

Arrived late due flight delayed. Staff was nice and understandable. When entering the room, it looked clean and safe but it was not entirely. Safe - door was missing the door swing bar for "extra protection". So tired so we just put the table and the sofa across to avoid an incident. Noisy - Not very good insulation. Able to hear next room conversation or "activity". People walking on hall and taking felt like having them inside the room. Cleanliness - Microwave had residues of food and smelly. Sink and bathtub - water not flowing (draining) fast so needed to take shower or wash hands in parts for water to go. What I like.... Denny's right next door.

I have been using Expedia for years, probably 30 years. This place was so disgusting and dirty and unsafe and so Horrifying. It’s amazing that it is still open. If I was not so tired, I would’ve done something about it, but this was so foul.

We stayed sunday night 20th and receptionist was awesome but when we came back and stayed friday 25th, receptionist rude and unhelpful. People were hanging out by cars and sitting on peoples cars. There was a female curled up in the bishes at entrance.

El hotel esta en muy buena ubicasion pero la limpiesa, y el oior en los pasillos y en los cuartos no es muy agradable. en la promosion ofresen desayuno que nunca lo servieron. A la hora de registrarse era a las 4pm llegamos a las 3:50 y nos isieron esperar hasta despues de las 4, no habia nadie en el loby y la resecionista no estaba haciendo nada. Nunca volvere a este hotel y no lo recomiendo para nada.

I did not even get to check in because my sister had gotten before us (we were staying one night to board a cruise the next morning). She reported there was a half eaten pizza crust in their room with bugs on it. There was a terrible mildew smell and visible mildew. When reported to the front desk (with me on speaker phone), the lady at the desk started saying my sister was lying and called the cops on my sister. The cops agreed with my sister and told us both to just get our money back, which we did. But, I would not attempt to stay here again. My daugther and niece (both who were traveling with my sister) confirmed the conditions and said they were scared to even sit on the bed because of how dirty it was, and was worried about bed bugs.

Run as fast as you can away from this property The staff hand wrote my credit card number down, called the cops on me for simply asking for proof that i was not staying at that property after she decided to check me in. Mold falling from the ceiling (a of this is slightly exaggerated) Bed bugs, food on the floors, people standing outside found drugs even when the cops came. Contacted Expedia and they didn’t back up my refund either. The staff that works there even said this property needs to be leveled and done away with.

Staff was great - making up for all the stuff falling apart. Dire need for a complete retrofit. Cost is lower, so I guess you get what you pay for. Coast is owned by a smaller corp, and staff stated the refit was starting Jan 2025

Upon arrival at the property around 3pm there were several people hanging out front which made me feel a bit uneasy. I checked in given my key and I drove around premises and took a shot at one of the doors. Stepped inside the building and immediately a smell of wet carpet, mildew and other unpleasant smells was present. There are no elevators in the building so I had to carry 2 large pieces of luggage up the stairs, no elevators. A cart and a caution sign blocked my path to the room. A worker saw I was struggling with luggage and they were in my path but didn't try to move. I asked her to move the cart and sign and was told she didn't speak English. Made it to the room and the room was better than I expected with the experience I had already encountered during this short time on the property. Shortly after in the room I realized there was no toilet paper. I was going to call the front desk and realized there was no in room phone. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. I informed front desk about the issue and she told me to come down and get some she couldn't leave the front desk. Instead I ordered groceries from Walmart and had some delivered since I would be there for several days. I called Expedia and asked for a refund that I wanted to switch hotels. I was told the hotel doesn't give refunds. No toilet paper, no phones, no sprinklers, no elevators noisy guest and guest smoking in halls late night, tv only has 4 channels.
