「The property was perfectly situated for easy access to/from Durban airport (max. 15 minutes drive away on nearby N2). Staff were friendly and helpful and check-in/out was easy. 「The Grant Estate (Eighteenth) is set in a beautiful setting close to the long beach. It has a lot of facilities on site ie: pool, tennis courts, club house with bar and restaurant. The golf greens are superb and are a pleasure to be around they are perfectly groomed. The apartments are very contempary and are beautifully kept. It was a pleasure to stay we only wish it were longer.」

「The mattresses are not hotel quality and the shower head needed a good cleaning due to the quality of water in the area, also, the door access device didn't work and needed reprogramming in order to get into the room initially... so small aspects can make a huge difference - otherwise a great place!」

「Just a little warning to other guests and those considering booking here! Saturday was terrible, 20 children with parents invaded the pool. It was a children's birthday party all day with shouting and screaming. All the sunbeds were taken and there was no room for the hotel guests. Poor service from the managers, no help to get so we had to leave the area.
