"I really enjoyed my stay. The only problem was people smoking cigarettes in the vestibule and somewhere on the 4th floor where I was staying. I kept walking through clouds of cigarette smoke and it clung to my clothing. Disgusting!!! Barring that, the staff were lovely, your housekeeping staff are amazing and you are in an ideal location for my travel purposes."

"The room was clean and the beds were good. The overall place was nice. Had some trouble with checkout. We wanted a printed copy of the receipt but the desk clerk kept insisting we get an email copy. We didn’t want it emailed we wanted a print out. It took several reiterations of the same statement before he begrudgingly printed the receipt. The exasperation and eyeroll from the man was completely unnecessary."
