"Even though the check in location is not on site, it’s very easy to get to and easy to access even after hours if you arrive late. Communication is fantastic with quick responses and clear instructions. The particular property that we stayed in was safe, quiet, and easy to access. The kitchen is updated and has several random things to make cooking easy. The bathroom needs updating or maintenance to redo caulk and to remove stains."

"We stayed 5 nights at Shipyard resort which was wonderful. The checkin process and resort facilities were excellent and included bikes and a thoughtful list of provisions for the property, beach towels etc. so would recommend the property. However, they took a deposit on checkin which they said would be released at the end of our stay so not impressed when they charged me on the checkout day. Once home, I had to call them 3 times and sent 2 emails to the manager asking for a refund which were...

"Such a beautiful view from the balcony! Wonderful accommodations for a beach vacation, even during the winter. Condo had everything we needed. Beach access is made easy by a foot bridge. Great stay!"
