When we arrived at 4:45 there was a person with a dispute at the desk. We waited around 20 minutes and the clerk would not check us in. We left, went to a nearby restaurant, and came back an hour later and finally got the room we had reserved. The room had no towels, no soap in the hand soap dispenser, one lamp that was broken, the other lamp had no shade, there were food crumbs on the bathroom floor.
On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, TV was good, and we could park right outside the door. We do not recommend staying here. Very poor management. We expected a no frills hotel, but this was not anywhere up to the standards of other Red Roof Inns we have stayed at.
