「Had a family of 5 stay in one of their suites for a few days exploring the city. It was a fantastic location to serve as a jumping off point for restaurants, walking Union Square and Chinatown, or quick rides to lots of other spots. My kids are in middle & elementary school and they loved the game room with pool, air hockey, skee ball, etc. And the front desk support were super helpful with recommendations, tips, and storing luggage when we checked out. Would definitely stay again!」

「The front desk staffs are very nice, always welcome you back to the hotel. The housekeeping is kind of slow, when we come back around 4PM, the room still not clean yet, but they very willing to change the bath towels and give you the supplies you need.
