"We loved our stay at the Andrews Hotel. We booked a suite, which was lovely and stylishly furnished. It was surprisingly spacious and had storage too. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it's awesome having the italian restaurant in the lobby (with a free happy hour!) Good location for walking and public transport from union square - just avoid walking through the nearby tenderloin district. "

Hotel was friendly, helpful and we encountered some initial problems with our room (heat and drain) but they quickly fixed by moving us to an equal room. The spa floor is beautiful. The valet and security are terrific and so friendly. Rooms are roomy and comfortable. Very nice stay. Note- they do a vacation resort sales pitch at checkin but not pushy if you aren’t...
