「This was a nice family-run place to stay. It is a little dated, but the rooms were clean, and the staff was very helpful. It was a lovely stay, no-noise they had breakfast, but we didn't try it. very close to many restaurants and attractions. will stay there in the future. Not too far to drive if you want to go to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge but with way less traffic.」

「We do plan to stay again now that we know what to expect when staying at Laurel Valley. I read the reviews on our way there and glad I had the heads up on no staff present, challenge on finding the chalet once we arrived as well as where the rooms are and getting code to unlock the door. 「Cozy and conveniently located in a quiet community close to the national park as. Very clean and organized. Had a good stock of basic amenities, and our family really appreciated all the kitchen equipment and the washer/dryer. The TV in the front room had an issue but it sounded like none of the other guests had notified the property owner about it yet so they didn't know to fix it. 」
