「First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. 「It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.」

「Restaurant was out of crab Mac n cheese, 2 nights, for sure, same with crab cakes and there were no crackers for the meat and cheese plate. How hard is it to go get crackers from the nearby CVS? The mini cheesecake sampler was very small, I would have at least expected the samples to equal the size or almost the size of a normal cheesecake.」
