「The photos are deceiving, it is a truck stop. It was going to be okay but after getting food from the 7/11 there was a swarm of ants carrying a larger bug towards the patio door. 「We booked a villa. The scenery was beautiful, the resort had numerous issues which affected our stay. The toilet/shower doors were very difficult to close due to warping and lack of maintenance. The front light didn't work, so the room was dark. The air-conditioning hardly worked and only barely managed to keep the room cool at night (between 8pm and 6am). 「This was an absolutely great find. After traveling through Thailand for about three weeks and experiencing all kinds of different hotels, this was like stumbling into an oasis. The property was clean, the room was large and modern, and it had a balcony with an great view to boot. The woman at the front desk went above and beyond. She helped us set up a private boat tour of the lake, as well as arranging taxis for us throughout our stay. Would 100% stay here again.」

「Camera spaziosa e comoda, anche il bagno è soddisfacente, buona pulizia, personale molto gentile, 2 problemi, 1 che non ci sono finestre, ma non è che sia così importante, il secondo è che si sente molto il rumore delle auto che passano e di notte si fa fatica a dormire. 「Clean space with amenities in line with the price/as advertised. To be fair, this is one of the better lodging options near the airport. However, this hotel was far away from any dining/convenience store, and delivery was pretty much not available after 7pm. There were also no GrabTaxi available in the morning, but this is apparently normal and the hotel staff offered to drive us. The hotel restaurant also closes at 6pm but the hotel does have water/drinks for sale after. And a nice small free...

「Three story building. EXTREMELY STEEP STAIRS. No lift / elevator. No proper handrails. Just thin rusty 1 inch rebar that was not secured very well to the wall. The stairs were so steep it was like climbing a ladder. After I dragged my luggage up to the third floor, all I could think about was: IF THERE’S FIRE HOW WILL I GET DOWN THESE STAIRS WITHOUT FALLING?
