"There were some little roaches, saw 2 max. The power was out the day of arrival but was completely understanding and visiting the thrift store across the street and went to eat meanwhile. Otherwise was a great stay and would stay again. Staff was very attentive to any problems going on. Room was neat and organized. "

"We enjoyed our 2 night family stay. We had a double queen with a sofa. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We were on the first floor right outside the breakfast area and were concerned it would be noisy but we had no problems at all. Breakfast wasn't great but was adequate and we all had enough to eat. Customer service was awesome - everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was really nice to have the indoor pool in the middle of winter! The hot tub was hot, but the jets...
