"It was such a horrible experience. Services not working, dirty, terrible customer service. Not even a 2 start hotel, becuase of how dirty it was. "

"This hotel is very unique and beautiful since it’s an old building turned into a hotel ! The breakfast area , dinning rooms and the Rooms were very clean . However , there were a few small things that could improve and made the experience much better ! 1. The coffee machine and the instant coffee in the room wasn’t good at all 2. There were no Robes in the room 3. There was no water in the room for our second day of stay "

"Tomas knows how to receive guests very well. The property is in great condition with clean rooms and an amazing pool. The location is not a problem as it’s 10 minutes from Angra and all major attractions are 20-30 minutes away. Overall, great place to call home on the island of Terceira. I am definitely planning to return the next time I’m in Terceira (which will be in the near future). "
