"We had a great stay in this modern, clean apartment. The grocery store right below was very convenient too. The only negative was that while the staff did eventually fulfill the couple requests that we had, we found that we had to be very patient. Eg: more than 24 hours to get a couple extra towels for the pool. That was the only issue though and overall we really enjoyed our stay. "

"Had and excellent stay! Great communication from Daniel the host. Apartment although not modern was spotless and all linen was very clean and new. UK tv channels available. 8 mins to a large supermarket and about 15 mins to the beach, close enough to everything you could need but far enough for a bit of peace and quiet."

"It was sad that there was no a remote controler to watch TV and no free Wi-Fi. There was also no shampoo, conditioner or body balm in the bathroom. The shower head didn’t have a stand and was spraying all over the floors snd walls, no option to have a bath because bath tap didn't work. "

But (and this is a very large but) - there's no air conditioning in the Paraiso del Sol Apartments! And there are a limited number of fans if you are lucky enough to get one at all. "The guards talked only spanish. Nothing Google Translate couldn't fix. No cleaning, but clean towels and a washing machine that worked well. Kitchen utensils and 2 refrigators so you can make food. A toilet with shower and a good AC unit. Swimming pool wasn't heated, so a bit cold in December. A couple of karaoke bars pointed directly towards the balcony, so a bit noisy. 2 shops and bus stop nearby. "

"The location is fantastic and the view from the balcony was really nice. Unfortunately one of the pools was being replaced. It is a massive construction project underway so the noise was pretty bad during the day time and with one of the two pools torn out, the other one was really crowded. Of course, if Expedia had mentioned this before I booked the apartment, I probably would not have rented it."

"Great place with super friendly staff. Ideal for families and not far from Sian park and the bus station. I booked it for two nights as a last minute thing and we loved it. We had everything we needed at the resort and the apartment was spacious and fully equipped. We had access to the private pool as well as to the main one which has the bar near by. It was our first time in Tenerife and we'll definitely come back for a longer stay!!"
