"Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place in Tempe. Very nice hotel. Very clean. Loved our room with a king size bed and a comfortable L-shaped sofa. Nicely designed room. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time for breakfast or the gym so can’t comment on it. Front desk young ladies were nice and professional."
