"Stayed here the second time. This time for 3 nights. Hot water was not available. We put up the clean-up-room sign but when we returned the room was not cleaned or tidied up. Only replaced towels and took out rubbish. Room (one bedroom suite) was spacious and next to a shopping mall. "

"The apartment is one of a kind with an infinity swimming pool, gym, laundry area, very safe place and friendly staff. Very near to NU Sentral transport hub where you can grab a train to anywhere you want to go. I highly recommended the place."

"Provide better instructions on retrieving keys and contact person. Leave instructions in unit on how to use water heater/ AC. We figured out at the end of the stay how to get hot water in the shower. Ensure equipment are functional and not broken. Faucet in the master bedroom was broken. "

"We had to find a place in KL quick and someone proposed us Domitys. It was a great place after staying in Hong Kong. Spacious and in a residential neighbourhood, just what we needed. Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Nice food place 10 minutes down the road (walking). It is also not too far from various sights in KL."

"My stay at the FOX Hotel Glenmarie was marred by several concerning incidents. The most alarming occurred shortly after check-in when another couple was mistakenly assigned to my occupied room. "I enjoyed staying in the resort. It’s near to many shopping areas with a short ride on grab or taxi. Not sure if you have a shuttle but it would be nice if there is a shuttle to a nearby shopping area. I didn’t have a lot of time to explore cos was on business trip . the concierge reception staff were all very helpful and nice. "
