「Staff friendly especially concierge. Would have been nice to have been told we couldn't use the pool as we were room only at the beginning of our stay as we had planned to go swimming the day after the wedding. The room was very nice with plenty of space. Nice comfy bed. Food was good and the drink was reasonably priced for an update market hotel. The bar staff need to be trained more on cocktails as they didn't know some basic ones. We had to Google it for them. I think it was a Black Russian...

「We booked the George for a one night stay and it fulfilled all our expectations. The room was a good size and very well furnished (including very quirky wallpaper), the staff were uniformly friendly and efficient and the food (both evening meal and breakfast) was excellent. Highly recommended.」

「Fantastic location. Refurbished bedroom was fabulous. Some areas of the property are a little tired but undergoing refreshments and so I am Sure will be lovely. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Most staff were friendly and helpful. A couple were brief and seemed liked they would rather be elsewhere, but nothing to put me off going again.」
