"Clean and well cared for property. There was low occupancy and I asked for a lake view room and was denied. I thought that was unnecessary. I got an excuse about my reservation (via Orbitz) not having been paid for by Orbitz yet. Since I had no control over that I thought it was a very poor excuse. "I didn't like how children were left in the piol and hot tub area alone with no adult supervision and staff were told about it and didn't do anything abouy it so we didnt enjoy being in the hot tub or pool "
