I called the lobby asking for my missing items but they didn’t seem to have anything but bottled water. They gave us a bottle labeled as hair conditioner but was a mix of creamy and clear liquid that was foaming. The toilet was not a whashlet that we thought we saw in a YouTube video. The bed was a little too hard...
