"Room was clean and comfortable. It was a busy weekend at the hotel with multiple events happening in the area so there was often congestion at the valet parking and elevators but the staff were all very helpful and kind. I'm sure they are used to it. Valet retrieval was fairly quick compared to other downtown hotels I've been to in other cities. The hotel was also oversold so we ended up getting a different room than we booked but it was ok. They offered us complimentary items from the lobby market to make up for it. We also had a credit at the lobby starbucks which we didnt end up using. A quick and easy walk to Amalie Arena to attend an event there so that was the primary point of booking here. Highly recommend if you need to do the same! Just keep traffic in mind. Would stay again"

"I recently stayed at Hotel Haya in Tampa, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel is located in the vibrant Ybor City district, which offers a perfect blend of history and modern amenities. The property itself has a beautifully renovated, contemporary feel while still maintaining the charm of its original architecture. The staff at Hotel Haya were exceptional, offering friendly and attentive service from check-in to check-out. They made sure all my needs were met, and their recommendations for local restaurants and activities were spot on. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable furnishings and stylish decor. I particularly enjoyed the large windows that allowed plenty of natural light to come in. The bathroom was also well-designed, with a sleek, modern shower and high-end toiletries. One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop bar. The views of the city were stunning, and the cocktails were expertly crafted. It was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring Tampa. The hotel's location is another big plus. It's within walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and shops in Ybor City, and it’s just a short drive to downtown Tampa and the waterfront. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Haya and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're there for business or leisure, it's a great place to enjoy comfort, style, and top-notch service."

"Overall decent hotel. The floor of the room was very slick, seems like they used a cleaner that wasn’t suitable. Front Office staff is phenomenal. There is no elevator on the property. "
