There are so many good restaurants within 5 minutes walking so there's always a good food option just right around the corner. There was an instance where the electricity stopped working on my room, the staff were quickly able to get me switched into a new room and were helpful throughout the whole thing. Each room is slightly different than the other and it's really close to public transportation which takes you directly...

"We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel whilst in Zurich. The hotel is located adjacent to the tramline, which takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the main station in the city centre. The staff brilliant, friendly and helped us with information getting to the Lindt factory without having to take an expensive tour. The rooms themselves are unique decorated, clean and the area is safe. I would stay at this hotel again if I was to return to Zurich. "

The staff made extra effort to find parking with their sister hotel. Even did valet service for us by, as we found out at checkout, the GM Marc himself! What a wonderful hotel! I would recommend to any family members traveling to Switzerland. "
