「We had a great time during out 3 night stay at The Esplanade, it is a beautiful building with lots of choice as far as spending time in the bars, restaurants or poolside. The room was stock standard, nothing over the top special, but the bed was very comfortable, it was very roomy. I liked the option to not have the room serviced in exchange for a credit on stay, what a great incentive and makes perfect sense. The bathroom shower floor looked like it needed a good scrub but other than that...

「This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life! I have never encountered such a terrible hotel, or perhaps I shouldn't even call it a hotel; it's more like a room in a bar. First of all, there are no hotel staff here. There is no one working at the reception room. If you need anything, you have to go to the bar to find the waiters for assistance. Our room is right above the bar, and it is not soundproof at all. You can clearly hear the music and party noise from the bar, making it...

「This is definitely a 10/10 place. Could be one of best place I’ve ever stayed. The service was great. The staffs were all very friendly. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean and they provided very high quality shampoo and body wash. Lastly, I love the history of this property. Highly recommend this Warders hotel. If you are visiting Perth, you should stay here rather than Perth City centre.」
