"Booked a stay because of a wedding we were in in the premises and Boulders did not disappoint! They had golf carts around the clock to get you back and forth to whenever you needed to go on site. Definitely would recommend. The pricing was a bit steep so definitely plan well in advance. Overall we would return but would most likely be for a celebration or anniversary. "

"Check in takes forever. When I arrived to check in there were seven other groups waiting to check in. I timed the single receptionist at 8 minutes per check in. After waiting for around 25 minutes a second receptionist finally showed up. Overall check in time was over 30 minutes. I value efficiency in business and this process seems crazy to me. The hotel already has all my information before check in. The process should take maybe a minute to look up the guest and another to charge for...

Excellent Tennis Stay

"Stayed here for a tennis tournament at Scottsdale Ranch and Indian School Park. About 10 mile to PHX Sky Harbor right on the 101 but set back so noise does not affect you. Only location issue is if you want to go left on Shea, there is a back route you have to take to do so, otherwise you are caught going over the freeway to circle back. Plenty of parking and quiet. Lots of restaurants nearby and grocery shopping. Circle K and Chick Fil A right next to hotel. Property is clean and well maintained. My room was very nice, clean, modern and comfortable. Towels were plush for this price range. Ventilation in the bathroom (plus for me), good water pressure and ample hot water was a plus. Breakfast was very basic...make your own waffles, toast and sausage. Eggs limited to hard boiled. Good coffee and juice. "

Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch

Lovely grounds, phenomenal service

"Recently updated, this (now) Grand Hyatt was terrific. Even at full capacity it never felt crazy busy - lots of room at the pools. They were on tail end of a long reno so some food outlets not open. Rooms were big, clean and sunny. Nice Balmain products for those into amenities. Pools are great and kids will love the water slide. Food is good (menus are slightly limited vs something like JW or Fairmont). Service is AMAZING. From the poolside staff to front desk to valet, every single person was friendly and helpful. Best I’ve ever seen, including 5 stars (this is more 4 star). "

Sonesta Select Scottsdale at Mayo Clinic Campus

5/5 Excellent

"This hotel was awesome! Bed and bedding super comfy, very clean room and nice having a balcony. The property was clean and quiet. if there was anything that was worth "disliking", and its more of a preference than anything, was the shower water pressure was a little low for our liking but definitely would not deter is from recommending this property to family and friends."
