"The location of the property was perfect for picking people up from SFO. It's located right on the bay with a nice walking path alongside. Nice grounds and nice, convenient parking. Very well kept grounds."

"We had an excellent stay at the Chancellor, a beautiful, historic hotel right on Union Square. I particularly appreciated the bottle of champagne the hotel laid on in our room, unprompted, when I let them know we were there to celebrate my friend's 40th. Would definitely stay again!"

"Staff was great and very helpful and responsive to our needs. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was the shower. There was no shower door so water got everywhere anytime someone would shower. Overall it was a nice hotel. "

"We enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located to everything we intended on doing. The rooms were relatively clean. A couple of things to note, if you choose a premiere room they are located on the other side of the property and it’s a bit of a hike. They do tell you an alternate way once you get settled though. The rooms are very warm. Luckily they have fans and the shower head is very low. I’m only 5’5 and I felt they were extremely low. All of these things would not deter us from staying...
