"The hotel was very convenient to Times Square. It was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly although it was difficult to understand the woman at the desk due to her accent. As with many hotels, the in room heating controls did not work properly and it was impossible to adjust the temperature. We were at least able to turn off the fan to stop the hot sir blowing. "

The one thing - checking in on Wednesday late night, pouring rain out, trying to open the door to bring in a stroller, as the door is not automatic.
