"All linen and bedding was not cleaned. The ceiling fan was not operational. The desk clerk/ staff stated that they will fix it. It never happened during our stay. We were able to hear the noise from the motor vehicle traffic and the tenants above was always moving objects around. The surrounding area was very trashy."

"My trip was a last minute decision. When I reached out to owner, Sundae was very responsive and made sure I had all the information I needed. The house was was clean and had the space we needed. I would stay again. "

A new fan

"Great location! Close to Broadway without all the crowds and noise that comes with being on Broadway. Simple check-in with all info needed in an email and text. Didn't need the reception, although staff was available. Stylish room, comfy bed, full kitchen. Will absolutely stay again next time I'm in Nashville. I'll seek out Placemakr in my travels moving forward"

"Hotel is very nice. Great staff. Great location just a few blocks from Broadway and away for all of the noise. Walking distance to Nissan stadium. Great hotel atmosphere and the included food and drinks is a big plus. The late night lobby popcorn is also a treat!"
