"I had a great experience with Sheraton NYC at Times Square, the only concern was the cigarette odor coming inside my room from the neighbor room even my wondows was completely close, i believed since there is a option to open the window tightly then people easily blowing the smoke out if their room and that was thevreason i had the cigarette smell inside my room. I hope they can plug the windows so that will never happen"

During the day, the views were just as beautiful—and waking up to snow falling over the city felt like something out of a movie. Even though the room was small, it was absolutely worth it. Being able to see the city while relaxing and even as you drift off to sleep is something you don’t experience everywhere. It made our New York trip feel extra special and romantic. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very festive during the holidays, which added to the overall charm and atmosphere of the stay. This hotel isn’t just a place to sleep—it’s an experience. The only downside is the little restaurant is right next to the entrance and it is winter so it was very cold since they kept the restaurant doors open. Not sure why they don’t just close them but the food was very good. "
