"Very clean, modern accommodations. Perfect for families; we have 2 teens and the 3 room apartment was perfect for us. Subway entrances were within a block in any direction from the hotel so you could be anywhere in manhattan within a few minutes. Plenty of dining options on the block along with a CVS and other convenience stores. Staff was freindly and helpful."

"What a gem! I was nervous about the virtual front desk but it worked out wonderfully. They allowed me to check in early which was a blessing on a cold January day! The room was compact but well put together. Great to have a fridge, tea, microwave and sound machine. I was able to make the room nice and warm during the day and cool at night to sleep. Also - the sheets smelled wonderful. My only suggestion is to allow the shower water to get hotter. Five stars!!"

"Room had problem with Roaches. Complain several times before transferring to a better room on our last night of stay. Needs a huge extermination to building and that room the bed is next to cookplate needs plexiglass installed for safety purposes. This was the cheapest we could find you get what you pay for!!!!! "

"The views at this property are awesome. It was also really nice to have an entire apartment to myself. The building has great amenities, including a fantastic, large rooftop level with lounge and awesome view of NYC skyline. I’m a New Yorker, but I would do this again in a heartbeat! "The window screen was loose and very noisy! The towels are thin and grayish, was there for 4 days, coffee is for one day. Not worth the money. Also, it wasn’t clear if parking is free which is important for my stay. I paid 28 dollars more per day. Overall, not worth the money I paid for my stay "
