Let me start by saying this is a beautiful property! From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty. Someone is available and at your back and call 24 hours a day I felt so spoiled. The food options are beyond amazing and the quality of the ingredients they used blew me away. I ordered so much room service and it did not cost hardly anything. I did have a small hiccup that I didn’t need to mention. I always bring my own bedding and the last night I stayed there. I decided to get under their bedding and there were bloody stains all on the comforter that had been there prior to me arriving, so the linens clearly had not been changed. By the time I noticed all the dried blood stains on the comforter I had already slept underneath it and was disgusted. They sent someone to change out the comforter, but other than that, nothing else was done. That was my only issue with the property. Everything else was five stars. Would I stay there again absolutely.

Easiest 5 Stars I've ever give. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. They help make your trip to Bali 10 times better, have a great restuarant, clean and spacious rooms with all the ammenties you need. I will definitely be coming back to the resort every time.
