Wonderful property with beautiful clean facilities. We especially enjoyed the hot and cold plunges available in every room. The center of the hotel has cold and hot springs all around so moving from pool to pool was very fun and nourishing. Only drawback was that the dining options were pretty limited. They cater primarily to local tastes but staff and chef were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

In room private natural hotspring is fantastic! Tatami style room is awesome too. Overall a nice resort. Comfortable room experience. Disappointed that even bathrobe need to be rented tho. Also the breakfast food is just "average", nothing to write home about, just a "meh".

看負面評價有點猶豫，最後還是訂了！幾乎是前一天才訂透過Hotels.com 銀卡。價格比官網再優惠一些 服務部分，我覺得員工都很友善也主動願意多做說明等等，路上環境內遇到每一位幾乎都是所以願意給五星 房間內有冷熱泉，預設也是空調都有開好，用手環進出。房間我覺得是還不錯算滿意～設施部分裸湯需要額外費用沒有進去，加上是夏天想說泡房間裡面的，頂樓也有交際廳挑高 設施部分，因為當天人不多的感覺，所以用起來不會人太多，但是戶外設施我覺得比較沒有連貫性～包含有趣的氣墊玩具也要收費一小時100元這樣。但是並沒有環園區的漂漂河環流，都是在一個小區域，設計上有點沒這麼好體驗，而且戶外休息椅子區還不能飲食！我知道為了保持乾淨用這樣管理的方式，但是不知道是親子考量還是怕麻煩之類的，渡假過程休憩旁邊喝飲料🍾～是很多基本標配，這點反而沒有很好 最後是早餐部分，是套餐制度，吃完可以依品項額外加點。我覺得如果用低價飯店這是非常優秀！口味上一般還可以，份量充足又有桌邊服務；但是「對於高價飯店」我覺得很差，高消費族群一直喜歡自己決定要吃什麼，尤其早餐很多人都吃只吃少許火腿、起司、咖啡慢慢開胃再來慢慢吃。之前去高級飯店Lounge 早餐都是包含桌邊服務，也有buffet精緻化讓人自己決定
