Hot tub would be great if it was working ! Disappointed in that - unfortunately the only morning we are here it is not heated and running :( Food was terrific in the restaurant. I have never paid for coffee in a hotel Lobby before - it is always complimentary. It does not sit well that a k cup of coffee is $2.00. Even holiday inns and Hampton inns have a complimentary vat of coffee

This is our go to place multiple times of the year. We like the building, staff are professional and good... Dinner is good at a very reasonable price. A bit disappointed in the water pressure in the shower... The breakfast is something we won't get again... We will continue to use this place.

The restaurant and bar were closed which we didn’t know in advance and had been looking forward to a nightcap. The remote for the TV didn’t work which was frustrating. It also felt like everyone staying there was crammed into the same wing. (And kept slamming their doors.) BUT. The property is beautiful. Repurposed and full of history. The room was lovely. The staff were attentive and polite. It felt upscale at a reasonable price. We definitely want to return when everything is open.

I had a wonderful stay at the Wellsworth Hotel in Southbridge, Massachusetts. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, making it a perfect retreat. Since their restaurants were closed on Thanksgiving, They offered complimentary sandwich dinner boxes. It was really good! We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pool table and basketball court.
