"People were great and helpful but after a very long day there are two Marriotts listed in Tarrytown, NY on the exact same road - five minutes apart. Receptionists say that it happens "all the time". Find a parking place at a distance, unload your luggage, check-in X two not fun when it seems that this could be resolved rather easily."

"We loved the ambience and rustic cabin decor. There were no ADA accommodations in this room. Because of our age and illness we’d ask for an ADA room next time. Beautiful drives north and south. We went to the FDR home and Vanderbilt mansion, a little shopping in the area and a t’shirt or two from the Lodge shop, of course. Great diners in the area, too. "

"This is a beautiful hotel and property. The people who work here are very accommodating. We had a couple of snafus during our stay, but they were addressed. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but overall we plan to return here. Also, management went out of their way to make my birthday and our anniversary very special! We will not forget that. Thank you very much! We will be back. "

"After a bad experience at the Best Western the night before Amira was a shining light! She greeted me with a big smile when I walked in. Our rooms were ready, clean. The only improvements I'd suggest are the parking lot is a little sad and the bathtub looks old. Other than that everything was great! The lobby was very nice and the seating area for breakfast was very comfortable!"
