「My wife and I stayed here as we were attending a wedding at Rockbeare Manor and it's only 10-15 mins away. So glad we did.. the staff are all lovely, the pub is cosy, the accommodation fab and the food is amazing. Couldn't recommend this place enough, we only wished we'd stayed longer.」

「Remember that it's student accommodation. The rooms are a good size and well finished. There is a gym and a pool on the campus, but it is necessary to drive into town for restaurants. This place is perfect for a quick one-night stay.」

「Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

「The hotel itself is an interesting and attractive building. The outdoor area at the back was very nice and peaceful with a beautiful white Wisteria. The staff at reception and the restaurant were very helpful, friendly and considerate. The location was convenient for us to explore the local area. We had a very lovely weekend 」
