Our room was clean, spacious and had everything that we required. I explained when we checked in that we would be leaving before breakfast (7am-10am), so when we checked out they had a wonderful breakfast bag put together for us to take. Reservations have been transferred to the Hotel Turnova, which is in central Turnhout (with no free parking), but hotels.com do not transfer contact details over, so there is no way for them to contact you to let you know about the change. We wasted 2 hours trying to sort this out."
