"This property could definitely use a facelift. The pictures online make the rooms look nicer than they are. Their deluxe room was very average and the showers were terrible. The plus was there was a casino downstairs. "

"Great lodge for a family stay in Tahoe. They do have limited lobby and spa hours, and certain rules and restrictions in place, but it all makes sense because the units are actually time shares that are occasionally sold on Expedia. I like how the suites are set up, and there’s everything you need to cook for yourself and be self-sufficient during your Tahoe adventures. My only complaint is that the fold out sofa bed was not very comfortable. Sleeping on top of the sofa cushions was more comfortable than the fold out sofa bed. Otherwise, the front desk staff and all other staff are very kind and helpful. The location is perfect: tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, but also very near the casinos, restaurants, and the access points to Heavenly ski resort. Definitely planning to come back. "
