"We had a great time staying in Bally’s for the first time and will definitely be back! It was snowing a lot the whole time, but snow was cleaned right away and we could drive where we needed to. Pool and hot tub were such a good addition, we used it every day, kids loved it. Shopping and food is close by. "

"Checked in and they didn’t have my reservation in the computer. They had to “build it” in the computer. In total it took about 25 minutes to check in. She said she would give me a room with a great view since I had to wait so long. The room wasn’t in the building that I made my reservation for though. Arrived in the room, and it did have a great view, but was this tiny room not really matching the description. I called and inquired and was told that was a “standard king” and other amenities were...
