"I just want to say that Christian the front desk manager was very accommodating after I had a mishap with my booking no fault of Royalton. Additionally, Neil and Kenali was great. I cannot stressed how they took time to ensure myself and family was comfortable, nothing seems like a bother and for that I’m so grateful. It’s a beautiful property multiple dinning options too much for the short stay. Lots to do, excellent shopping options. Indeed a great choice for families. "

"The staff is especially caring and friendly. Water sports were available for all levels. The resort is absolutely beautiful. We took the Jammer all day excursion and it was terrific, but good snorkeling is accessible right at the resort. Just be aware that the airport is far away and you will need a taxi. "

"Loved the smallness of the resort with the individual cottages, made meeting other guest very easy. The patios opening right to the beach made mornings and evening one of our favorite times. Staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. "

"Beautiful friendly hotel. We felt safe secure and very well looked after. Staff were so friendly and always on hand to support your need. We checked into a room in the 3rd floor (sea view) and it had a strong smell of damp and mould. We were moved fairly quickly to a new room which also had a faint smell of damp etc. The smell got worse as the week went on and not sure of it was the air con. Our friends also had a sea view room and they had no smell at all. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Food was lovely - we had something new to eat every day. Cocktails were amazing. 2 pools to choose from. The lower pool was very quiet and being in a group of two couples we had fun and were able to relax even if the other residents were especially quiet. Daily exercise in offer and the gym was stocked well enough. Beautiful grounds around the hotel and they offer a free shuttle to the town and beach. We didn’t goto the beach but town was an experience - the market is huge and everyone so friendly. We would definitely return to this hotel. It was relaxing and just what we needed for a weeks break.
